Selected for exhibition in London
I'm delighted that Focus and Happiness have been selected for the Artefacto London Exhibition, taking place at
Indra Gallery in central London from 19–22 November 2026.
It's a wonderful opportunity to see two of my paintings exhibited in London alongside work from an international group of watercolour artists and featured masters.

I would like my paintings to act as an invitation to slow down, notice beauty and reconnect with the emotions that make us feel more alive.
Hello, I’m Teresa Henry. I create paintings in watercolour and acrylic, from small, intimate works to large-format canvases.
Sometimes what I notice begins in the world around me; at other times it comes from somewhere within — something less tangible and harder to describe. Through my paintings, I explore the energy and emotions that move through us, giving form to things we cannot always see or put into words.
