These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and participation in watercolour courses or purchase of original artwork from Teresa Henry Art (the “Artist”).

Bookings, Payments & Art Sales

Course bookings and art purchases are confirmed upon full payment.
Course payments are non-refundable except when cancelled by the Artist.
Art sales: Price includes packaging but not delivery/shipping (buyer pays shipping). Artwork is supplied unmounted and unframed unless otherwise stated. Canvases are waxed and ready to hang. Every piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
Full payment required before dispatch. Risk and ownership pass to the buyer on dispatch.

Cancellations & Return

No refunds for participant cancellations or art purchases.
The Artist may cancel/reschedule due to illness or low attendance; full refund or reschedule offered.
Artwork: Notify within 48 hours of receipt if damaged; no returns on original art otherwise.

 

Liability

Participation and art purchases are at your own risk. The Artist is not liable for injury, loss or damage unless caused by gross negligence.

Intellectual Property

All course content and artwork images remain copyright of the Artist.

Changes

The Artist reserves the right to modify schedule, venue, or content with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

Spanish law applies. Disputes resolved in Málaga courts.
